I have been an advocate at the Victims Services Unit for several years, supporting victims and their families while working closely with the judicial system. I also work as a Mental Health Therapist with Recovery Alberta, and have 8 years of experience working in various professional, organizational, political and community settings, advising on and supporting the mental health needs of others. I offer evening and weekend session to accommodate clients that are unable to attend during normal working hours. , In my practice, I support youth, adults, and couples facing mental health challenges using evidence-based therapies like Gottman Couples Therapy, CBT, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Attachment-Based Approaches. Passionate about seniors, I offer in-home sessions for those with mobility issues. I also help families navigate the struggles of addiction. , My practice is focused on building connection with mind, body, and spirit through trauma informed methodologies.
