About Us

I have my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work Practice and I am a Registered Social Worker in good standing with Alberta College of Social Workers. With a person-centered, genuine, and direct approach, I embrace the opportunity to work alongside clients from a diverse population, particularly focused on youth, adults, and couples. My background includes wide-ranging work within the community/system for the last 15 years in numerous capacities ranging from victim advocate to a member of the Domestic Abuse High Risk Team. I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, sexual violence, addictions, domestic violence and gerontology. , Methods I practice include trauma-informed, narrative therapy, cognitive-based therapy, EMDR, anti-oppressive practice, feminist and attachment theory. Through a combination of these methods, I seek to guide individuals and couples through their situations and build their personal skillsets to identify and address difficulties. , I relish the ability through private practice to work deeper alongside individuals seeking assistance and guidance through life’s inevitable challenges. Each journey is unique and worthy. My wide-ranging background allows me to connect with and understand the lived realities many individuals may face, as well as a broad spectrum of experience to draw upon.
