With over a decade of experience supporting individuals facing job stress, burnout, and mental health challenges, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique pressures employees face. These include role conflict, where competing demands cause stress; role overload, with excessive tasks; role ambiguity, arising from unclear job expectations; role strain, which leads to emotional or physical exhaustion; and inter-role conflict, where work and family responsibilities clash. I help clients navigate these pressures, guiding them to achieve a healthier work-life balance and manage both professional and personal demands. , In addition to workplace challenges, I help clients overcome anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma-related disorders like PTSD. My goal is to empower individuals to achieve mental, social, and emotional well-being through evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to PTSD and ADHD. , With a background in crisis management, trauma-informed care, and client-centered approaches, I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to heal.
