About Us

I work with children, teens, adults and whole family units. For children I can offer play therapy, sand tray work, and art therapy. These approaches help children to feel safe, which means they are more likely to engage in change. For teens, I provide a place where they can talk and explore. Whether a teen wants to use expressive art, unload their day, or have a deep dialogue about all the problems they face, I bring years of compassionate experience. I also know though that structure, communication and life planning is important. For adults, I offer experience, knowledge and clear supports. , I have over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy for people from all walks of life. Stephanie have extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, and am a Certified Play Therapist. I also offer clinical supervision and training for play therapists and clinical social workers. , My clients come to me with family challenges, school challenges, friend challenges and work challenges. My aim is to understand, to offer ideas to create change, and provide insight based on extensive clinical practice and training. I am also one of the few accredited play therapy supervisors in Alberta.
