I have a Masters in Counselling and have counselled children, youth, adults and families from a variety of backgrounds for over 20 years as a school counsellor, learning assistance teacher, and crisis counsellor for those impacted by sexual violence. I am committed to being an affirming advocate for marginalized and vulnerable minorities, having worked with several organizations addressing diversity, equity and human rights issues. I am EMDR trained and currently taking training in Play Therapy for Children. , I am dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults who experience anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, life changes, dysregulation, ADHD, and ASD.
