I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important determinants in achieving outcomes and therefore, with an awareness of your time and investment, I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive environment that is conducive to achieving positive change in your life. , For 25 years I have worked in the health sciences and helping fields, practicing for almost 20 years as a Registered Dietitian before furthering my education in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a Certified Teacher, and I have specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Gottman Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2. , With a keen understanding of the mind-body connection, and taking a focused, trauma-informed, biopsychosocial approach, I’m eager to assist you with achieving your goals using evidence-based practices. Through collaboration, I help clients realize their personal strengths and abilities while offering some new strategies and skills.
