I also provide help to couples and families. Clients come to see me for a variety of issues mainly, depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, bereavement and cultural adjustment. I can provide services in English, Spanish and Portuguese. I am committed to listen, respect and give you an atmosphere to help you to explore solutions and move towards learning new skills and to achieve your goals and live a life you long to. , My approach to counselling is very much CBT; however, I incorporate, existential, narrative therapy and client centered approaches into many of my sessions.
