Watered Heart Counselling was formed to help individuals live an optimal life. We believe It is never to late to love your life. During my upbringing, I often felt insecure and overwhelmed by life. At times, I found myself feeling stuck and hopeless, searching for direction that was not always easy to find. It may come as a surprise or relief to know that feeling stuck is a common experience for all of us at some point. As human beings, we can feel anxious, uncertain, overwhelmed, vulnerable, disappointed, low in mood, hurt, traumatized, unloved and insecure , Once I realized that things did not have to be this way, everything changed for me. By taking an integrative and collaborative approach, we can work together to address challenges and move towards a desired path. I hold an MA in Counselling Psychology and have extensive experience working with children, couples, individuals, and families. , I endeavor to foster independence by supporting you to develop evidenced-based tools. If you are feeling hopeless and emotionally exhausted, we can work together to develop insight about personal triggers that pre-empt negative responses and by applying the right tool, can learn to self-soothe and start your healing journey.
