" My passion is working with teens and young adults. Clients have noted that my relaxed personality sprinkled with humor helps them feel at ease. I provide a nonjudgmental space where clients can be themselves, embracing their race/sexuality/identity/beliefs. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance, making sure clients feel accepted and understood. I emphasize empowering people to make their own changes at a pace they are comfortable with, while challenging them to utilize the skills theyve learned in therapy outside of sessions - After all, I believe the ultimate goal of therapy is to get out of therapy!
