She has extensive experience working in substance use treatment including sober living, facilitating intensive outpatient groups and one on one counseling. Anna’s missions as a mental health professional is to work towards ending the stigma and shame surrounding individuals who struggle with addiction. She believes that everyone is worthy of healing and creating a life worth living. Anna is here to help you access the tools that they already have in order to create significant change in their life. , Anna offers EMDR therapy, as well as CBT and DBT.
