About Us

My ideal clients are individuals aged 20-70 who have experienced betrayal trauma from a loved one. They need help with regulating their limbic system, healing from trauma, and redefining their relationship goals. Coaching focuses on setting boundaries, managing anxiety, and rebuilding a sense of normalcy. Additionally, I work with school-age children struggling with anxiety, often showing physical symptoms like stomachaches. They need support in emotional regulation and developing tools to face challenging situations independently, feeling understood and nurtured throughout. , I provide a warm, therapeutic environment where clients can process trauma and grief. Offering non-judgmental support, I guide them to trust their inner wisdom rather than dictating solutions. Using CBT, I start with trauma and anxiety education, then work on cognitive restructuring, relaxation techniques, and applying these to real-life situations. , As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
