Anxiety sometimes interferes with a person’s ability to connect with others or to feel safe while in public places. , I provide a non-judgmental approach in therapy, while utilizing evidenced-based practices, for people to overcome their social anxiety and panic while in public places. I also provide a supportive environment for all people including LGBTQIA+ and anyone who feels different from others. , I would be happy to provide a phone consultation in order to determine if I would be a good fit for you or to provide other resources in the community.
