I strongly believe that perception is changeable and we need space and time to process through changes. When we change the way we see the situation and ourselves we can find relief and ways to move forward well. , I have training in both EMDR and CBT, which allows me to help you walk through your own thoughts, feelings and beliefs about yourself, looking for ways to change your thought patterns to help increase perseverance and resilience.
