I am trained in EMDR therapy for treating trauma as well as Created for Connection (EFT-based) for working with families and couples. , I work to implement a holistic approach in therapy, which encompasses aspects of one’s physical, mental and spiritual health. I assist others in examining their current patterns in life and relationships. I work with others re-learning and implementing helpful ways of coping with their personal stressors and improving their overall quality of life. , I believe that every person can benefit from mental health therapy at some point in their life.
