I have done trainings in this model of therapy specifically regarding trauma and how to work with individuals to give people the tools to foster healthy connection. , I also utilize EMDR to assist in trauma processing. I believe that we are doing the best we can with what we have, but we are often punished for the tools we use to survive past hurts.
