My focus as your therapist is to provide for you a caring and nonjudgemental relationship to explore and process feelings, struggles, identify needs, and increase self-understanding. , I am highly trained and have experience in working with individuals of all ages and families experiencing issues related to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, gender identity, sexual orientation, postpartum depression, trauma, family discord, and many other challenges.
