My clinical focus is on children, adolescents, and young adults and I am passionate about assisting these individuals in navigating through the difficult elements of their journey. , I have completed the Postpartum International Support training in perinatal mental health and am passionate about assisting birthing individuals throughout the perinatal period. I have also received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
