I recognize strengths/solutions to validate, empathize, and affirm people struggling w/anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship issues. I provide EMDR for trauma, Solution and Strengths-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and strengthening the family structure. The therapeutic relationship is collaborative and supportive.
