I use a variety of approaches with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also provide supervision to counselors in training to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or a Licensed Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) in the state of Arkansas.
