About Us

I am passionate about seeing clients grow through working through and understanding their story and how it has affected them in order to experience personal growth, better self awareness and self compassion, and ability to live more fully in the present. I work with clients on anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other stressors. Often these issues in the present are tied to wounds in the past that can cause us to get stuck in unhelpful ways about thinking about ourselves. I believe that working on these issues from a trauma-focused lens can lead to a deeper and more lasting result than focusing on symptoms alone. View 3 Photos, I am trained in a variety of trauma focused therapies including EMDR, a type of therapy designed to lessen distress related to traumatic events. I also use Emotion Focused therapy to use emotions to move us into better relationship with self and others.
