Using an eclectic approach of various therapeutic approaches, I will help guide you to find the right approach and answers to the challenges you face in your life. As the process is quite often very intense, I can help you with uncovering the emotions related from past unresolved traumas and current issues that effect your life today. Having support in therapy helps you to do the hard work needed to improve your quality of life and emotional balance. Starting therapy can be daunting in and of itself so I try to make this a warm, comfortable and inviting experience to help you with beginning a journey toward self-discovery. , I provide therapy for individuals and couples. I work with a wide range of overwhelming emotional and behavioral issues. People tend to keep these issues hidden exacerbating the effects they have on mental health. Having support on your journey is a positive way to understand coping skills and the ways to implement these into everyday life. , I am a very open and inclusive therapist and believe that different perspectives exist depending on circumstances. In wanting to find the best possible journey for you toward meeting goals and effecting positive changes, I believe that flexibility is key and am empathetic to considering needs that are not always aligned with my own personal belief system.
