About Us

We are all worthy of love, happiness and respect, as long as these do not come at the expense of others. Happiness, joy, peace, fulfillment, love and meaning are likely things we must discover, create and nurture throughout our lives. Our current selves are the culmination of our past however this is not all we are. I believe we all have basic human needs that are in constant flux and we are responsible for fulfilling those needs through the choices we make and relationships we maintain. Finding balance within life is fostered through challenging our perspectives and learning from our mistakes/failures, not shaming or fearing them. , I have several years experience working with adults and adolescents challenged by depression, anxiety, abuse and trauma, emotional disturbance, relationship issues, sexual behavior issues, adjustment disorders, problems with impulsivity and owning responsibility, and struggles with low self-esteem. , " Im ready when you are.
