After working as a psychologist for more than twenty years, I noticed that many clients arrived at my office with many aspects of their lives out of balance. If one system is out of balance, usually others are. I increasingly began focusing on integrative psychology and helping others restore health utilizing a holistic approach that encompasses body, mind and spirit. ", I especially enjoy educating my clients about the relationship between nutrition and mental health. As a Certified Nutrition Advisor I am able to integrate nutrition into clinical practice to enhance and stabilize mood. I also offer various programs designed to help clients kick the sugar habit and release weight. , Believing that people are inherently healthy, resilient, resourceful, and motivated to grow, my ultimate goal is help you identify and nurture your strengths so you might thrive and move toward optimal health in your daily life.
