I use many different style of therapeutic interventions including : CBT, Hypnotherapy, Somatic experiencing,EMDR. I believe in research backed treatments as well as exploring spiritual or philosophical meanings that fit with clients values and beliefs. Offering different approaches align with my personal values and ensures clients find an approach that works for them. , We all strive for wellness regardless of how discouraged or lost we may be feeling. Difficult circumstances and set backs can veer us off our path.
