I am a Nature Guided Focusing Oriented Therapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor, and Canadian Clinical Supervisor with a Masters of Education in Disability Studies. I offer embodied, experiential and playful forms of counselling in person with individuals of all ages - from toddler to elder - who are navigating grief, loss and major life transition due to death, disability, illness, injury, gender identity, social injustice, and sexuality.
