About Us

I excel at helping clients who are experiencing feeling numb in their life, over think constantly, feel anxious, depressed, like their lives are lacking and unable to change, experienced complicated, traumatic childhoods that have left them hurt, confused and wanting to alter course. I help women who want to understand themselves more, find their voice, to listen to their needs, wants and to finally be able to live a life that feels theirs. I enjoy helping teen girls who are struggling to understand themselves, experiencing tough friendships, hurts and worries learn coping tools for now while working to heal for a new way forward. , I help to focus on what is really happening for you in your life, and what you would like to change. Using a strengths-based and trauma informed approach, internal family systems and also Brainspotting as a gentle processing option offers many aspects to help clients approach their challenges with understanding the whys, where it came from and what they want , Life is beautiful, but for many it can also feel like a constant battle. We all have seasons in life that we experience the lows, feeling stuck there in the messy parts, it can be exhausting, painful, confusing and upsetting to say the least.
