Welcome! Many of us long for deeper connections with ourselves and those around us. However, we often find ourselves trapped in repetitive patterns, neglecting our own needs, and struggling with ineffective communication patterns with our loved ones. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, feelings of low self-worth and powerlessness, as well as experiences of abandonment, shame, and other emotional wounds stemming from challenging backgrounds, life events, and trauma. , I work from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, and embrace a holistic approach in my counselling practice informed by my education and lived experiences. I work from an Emotionally Focused Therapy and Attachment Theory lens while incorporating modalities such as EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. , I aim to establish a safe, compassionate, collaborative, and empowering space to facilitate your journey of transformation. My approach may include addressing your nervous system and emotions, considering family, culture, and generational influences, understanding your attachment styles, and working with your different parts.
