As we share our life stories with someone objective we are able to heal ourselves. , Working with couples and individuals to heal sexual, mental, emotional and physical abuse, infidelity, codependency, addiction, loss & grief, traumatic experiences, communication conflicts, low self worth, anxiety and depression, I see many clients walk out the doors with a renewed sense of self and purpose. , I offer MBTI interpretations which help individuals gain personal insights and identify strengths and challenges. This assessment is beneficial for self esteem, career identification, parenting, relationships, conflict resolution, and enhancing communication in our relationships. I offer supervision services to new and existing counsellors/therapists, and provide supervision training for supervisors.
