My approach is compassionate, effective and tailored to you with the goal of creating positive change. , With my background in education (B.Ed), counseling (M.A. -counseling psychology), sports, and relaxation techniques I bring a diverse experience base to our process. If you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, motivation, depression, behaviour issues, juggling sports and school, and other areas of mental health, together we can create positive change. , I am trained in breathing techniques for relaxation, movement therapy and stress management which I can incorporate into your process. I have also been a high performance athlete and have an excellent understanding of the athletic psyche. I specialize in trauma, sexual abuse, and anxiety.
