I am passionate about empowering others to make changes which would move them towards better relationships with themselves, with others, and with the world around them. I consider myself and attachment-based, trauma-informed, strengths-focused and health at every size (HAES) mental health professional. I am trained in EFT for couples and have experience in working with clients who are struggling with a variety of concerns. My goal is to create a space of exploration and curiosity about my clients and their circumstances so that we can tend the seeds of flourishing. , My areas of focus include social anxiety, video game addiction, depression, relationship and marital problems, body image and lifestyle concerns for people in larger bodies, and the struggles involved in ageing.
