Hello! I\m Meredith MacKenzie and I help women who feel out of control with food, tired of swinging from dieting to binge eating, leading to feel shame about their eating. You know the ins and outs of "healthy eating" but it just doesn\t seem to work, and you blame yourself. You want freedom from food, to be able to eat what you love without overeating, and have a better relationship with your body. You want to be more attuned to your hunger and fullness cues and at peace with food, so you can more fully participate in your life without your feelings about your body or emotional eating looming over you.
