We all deserve to live life that is fulfilling and meaningful to us. Our life experiences shape how we think and feel. When dealing with challenges we can feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or feel a loss of purpose or spiritual connection. We may feel we are in a crisis, feeling hopeless and alone. Counselling can help clients who wish to gain insight into their lives, relationships or jobs, who wish to make a change, or process past trauma. I have 5 years experience as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. , My interest is helping clients with finding meaning and spiritual connection, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. I use a culturally sensitive lens, building relationships with clients that are trusting, respectful, and caring. I help clients connect with their inner strength, promote personal growth, healing, self-determination and independence. , I use an integrative trauma-informed approach and evidence-based treatment. I have training in: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT for PTSD, Lifespan Integration, Grief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Observed & Experiential Integration.
