Salish Sea integrates conceptual knowledge, the body/ energetic patterns, mindfulness approaches, spirituality and medical model formulations to support your personal and professional discovery and growth. After a few sessions at Salish Sea, people find theyre able to communicate more effectively, be more authentic and live increasingly satisfying lives and take responsibility for the quality of their relationships with others.
