Like many people, I reached a point in my life where I was seeing myself repeatedly make choices that had the same negative responses. I went through divorce, over functioned, and lacked self care. I reached out for support and through therapeutic counselling was able to heal. When looking at my own life challenges, I discovered how my adverse experiences in childhood have influenced my life’s course. Now more than ever we are faced with a lot of different stressors. My passion is to help others navigate through those stressors and discover their gifts and strengths. , Anxiety, depression, feeling stuck and overwhelmed are symptoms that can be transformed into feeling empowered and happier with life.
