Much of my work is with clients struggling with anxiety, dysphoria, or depression, or in their relationships with their romantic partners/spouses or their families-of-origin. I find strengths theyve forgotten they have that can be used to defeat their problems. I use Narrative and Cognitive-Behavioral therapies and when working with couples I use Emotion Focused Therapy.
