I primarily work with children ages 6 and up on issues related to anxiety, depression, school stress, executive functioning/ADHD or other school-related struggles. In addition to one on one counseling services, I do a 6 week yoga/group counseling workshop after school for kids ages 7-10, and a teen yoga group is starting soon as well. More info on my website.
