Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low mood, past trauma, relationship issues, or a life transition, we can work together to uncover underlying emotions that have been buried by protective mechanisms and navigate the blind spots so that you can gain clarity and calmness in your self and in your relationships. , I use specific styles of therapy, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) as a way to help guide the therapeutic process.
