We are made to be in a relationship with one another, however, there are times when those relationships can become fractured or go off course. Likewise, as individuals, we can also become fractured within and become off-course with ourselves. My passion is to work along side you to create meaningful and positive experiences leading to lasting and effective change. , I use a collaborative approach with each couple, family and individual to foster self awareness and encourage personal and relational growth. I work through the lens of Attachment theory utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, families and individuals. I also incorporate other interventions to help you work through Trauma, grief and loss. , My life experience includes earning my B.A. in Psychology from Liberty University, M.S. in Counseling at Concordia University, Irvine and completed training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am a parent of three and a wife married for 36 years. Prior to becoming a therapist, I was an advocate for military families and an elementary teacher.
