When life presents hardships and challenges, even the most resilient individuals can experience stress, loneliness, despair, insecurity and can lose a sense of direction. Healing Humanity Counseling and Wellness creates a safe, supportive, non judgmental environment in which acceptance, healing, and self love is cultivated. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), owner of Healing Humanity Counseling And Wellness. I have over seven years of experience across a variety of settings. I have worked with many diverse populations with specific needs ranging from mild acuity to the severe and persistent mentally ill. , I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety, addiction, familial and relationship issues, trauma and abuse, impulsivity, and stress management. My preferred theoretical modalities include cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, motivational Interviewing, positive psychology and solution focused counseling. , I am committed to empowering my clients and providing the tools, techniques and knowledge needed to live healthier lives and to perform optimally each day. I have an understanding that everyone’s journey to healing is unique. I exhibit patience and believe strongly in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, dignity, and compassion.
