Therapy can help you grow, flourish, & increase your sense of worth- It can help you to understand & create healthy boundaries with the people in your life. I believe in creating a safe space where you can process embarrassing and difficult issues. Your therapy journey also needs to address your mind, body, and spiritual/social needs. It helps to have a therapist who can help connect the dots with you, and provide you with much needed support as your going through life’s challenges. , I believe that through exploring how your past affects your present, and looking at the negative patterns you tend to repeat, you can gain insight and a sense of empowerment over your current circumstances - in order- to heal, grow and transform. We will do this through EMDR and process therapy from an attachment & psychodynamic perspective. , Together we will seek to identify the root causes of your concerns, so we can establish a practical plan to overcome those challenges and help you find growth & healing. I have personally benefited immensely from therapy, and attribute it to helping me succeed in life. It’s made me a better wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. I wish the same for you!
