About Us

Hi there. I am glad you stopped by. Equine-assisted psychotherapy offers organic healing and growth that is both evidence-based and unique... because you and your story are unique. Horses live in the here-and-now; They are prey animals. Because of this, they are constantly providing us with feedback about our own behavior. This feedback can allow us to become more self-aware and self-reflective. They teach us about congruency, confidence/leadership, emotional regulation, emotional awareness, fear, anger, setting boundaries, and relationships, amongst other things. If you would like to grow in any of these areas, horses can help you. , I am passionate about sharing how working with horses can help you take the reins of your life.
