Through a holistic practice, I use evidence-based treatments such as Attachment style, CBT, Narrative, Solution Focused, and Strengths-based therapy with experience in clinical settings such as partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, substance rehabilitation, and schools. , I believe that my role as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment so that a client can heal from emotional pain stemming from trauma, interpersonal conflicts, and existential crisis.
