As both a therapist and a fellow traveler of life, I know the complexity and challenges of being a human in this world. I believe our identities are our most precious assets, despite what society has conditioned us to believe. Because of my own queer identity, I am particularly delighted to support folks who identify as queer/LGBTQIA+. My work is centered around helping clients reconnect with their inherent worth, heal the impact of the past, and learn to regulate. I will help you explore the life experiences and narratives that challenge you showing up exactly as you are, and guide you towards the healing and wellness you deserve. , I draw from parts work/Gestalt, somatic therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and offer a trauma-informed lens. I enjoy supporting folks who have experienced complex/developmental trauma or struggle with anxiety, self-worth, and self-regulation. I believe authenticity is liberating and I value creating space to be a human. I also welcome in spirituality and humor. , I know how hard it may have been to make it here, let alone reach out.
