When people experience trauma, severe life stressors, or even experience change of any kind, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My passion and greatest gift is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. I help my clients, children, adults, and families, including the very young (ages 2-5), find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as restored, complete, whole, and safe. , I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual and that each person needs an individualized treatment plan. Over the course of my career which spans 20 years, I have been trained in a range of modalities including Rapid Resolution Therapy, Art therapy, Play Therapy, EMDR, TF-CBT, and a somatic approach to the treatment of trauma. , My commitment to each client is to approach their story with respect and understanding, vowing to find the right fit for that person.
