I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting all clients through their challenges to experience healing and growth in their lives to create the best life possible. I have experience working with diverse populations providing psychotherapy to address a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and substance abuse. I have experience working with individuals going through grief/loss as well as struggling with anxiety, depression and navigating major life changes. , My approach is client centered. I believe meeting the client where they are in their journey of healing. I will meet you with empathy, open-mindedness with no judgement. My approach is client centered focused. I use motivation interviewing to establish a supportive relationship between me and the client with the goal of helping the client towards healing. , I work meet where the client is and to work on creating goals that will move towards a place of healing. Your first session is often about you and us getting to know one another. It would be a chance for you to determine if I am a good fit for you if the therapist is a good for your needs, and going over what you want to accomplish in therapy.
