Dr. Alison Cotter

When Alison is in the room, you know that you are in a safe and sacred space; a place where you can celebrate and honor your experiences of being deeply human. Therapy is, simply put, an intuitive space for Alison. She knows how to take clients to a depth of knowledge and awareness and hold them there in compassion. As she does this, her clients discover their own inner wisdom. Alison has a love in helping you to find clarity in what you are wanting and the empowerment you need to grow. She understands that you are wanting change, but don’t yet know how to bring it about or quite where to start. , Reaching out to Alison is a great place to start, as she gently partners with you to help put more language to what you are experiencing. Alison is deeply aware of the core human longing we all have to be seen, known and understood. ADHD, identity work, religious trauma, childhood trauma, and empowerment are her specialties. , Alison partners closely with you to ensure you feel seen and understood, while helping you explore the challenges you are being faced with in relationships, dating, marriage, career, parenting, identity, and friendships. Alison has worked with a diverse network of individuals and families, supporting them in their unique journey.
