About Us

Individuals often seek therapy to further personal growth and to address ongoing challenges in their lives. My approach to therapy offers clients a supportive space to authentically assess and explore life circumstances and to begin working towards meaningful change. I consider it my purpose in the therapeutic relationship to bring curiosity rather than judgment to our time together by being a compassionate communicator. I take a client-centered approach that gives you the opportunity to take an active role in your therapy while I respect your personal perspective, beliefs, values, and preferences. , Through my graduate work, I acquired a specialty in Sport & Performance Psychology. I have experience working with athletes, performers and teams on mental skills training and mental health counseling. I also specialize in disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image. I worked at a higher-level of care setting for eating disorders for 6 years. , I strive to create an environment that helps you develop a stronger sense of self with an experience that is enlightening and empowering. My goal is to assist you in establishing a strong foundation to overcome and even embrace adversity.
