Traveling through your journey in life is a powerful experience with unexpected bumps in the road, often creating feelings of uncertainty and self-doubt. When we experience thoughts and feelings that are uncomfortable such as depression, anxiety, stress, and changes in mood, we tend to also feel it physically in our bodies through lethargy, pain, and changes in sleep and weight. Inversely, what we put in our bodies often times impacts how we feel emotionally, without often times even knowing it. Using a mind-body therapeutic approach allows you to identify skills for a means of transformation in your emotional and physical life. , I have been practicing psychotherapy for seven years and specialize in adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships issues and PTSD. I also have experience with schizophrenia, mood disorders, as well as personality disorders and addiction. , Offering EMDR and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (Ketamine & Psilocybin). Other therapeutic techniques commonly used in session are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectable Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
