I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EFFT, CPT, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-focused therapy. , I moved to Colorado about 5 years ago for the mountains and to pursue my passion of helping others.
