It is my passion to support individuals on their mental health journey. As human beings, we are complex individuals. I am here to listen and validate experiences and feelings while helping you find ways to feel different and hopefully better. Everyone is capable of experiencing positive mental health if that is their goal. When working together we will create a safe place, with no judgement. , I will use cognitive behavioral, narrative and humanistic approaches to support and guide you in sessions. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for individuals who have experienced trauma and need additional support working through those thoughts and feelings. I believe in honesty in all conversations and communications , Therapy can be hard, any person that is brave enough to start or continue their mental health journey is a rockstar in my mind. Therapy for me is celebrating successes and learning from negative experiences. Not one single human is perfect and that is ok. Our experiences make us unique.
